Opening Channels Program

What Will the Opening Channels Program do

This program is designed to open neuro-energetic channels so as to ensure optimal metabolism, availability of potential energy should an organ come under stress (resilience), improve the conduit of communication between organ and brain, ensure that ethereal sap flows unimpeded through the meridian system. – this ensures that any healing isn’t slowed down and strengthens the organ.

What problem Does it Solve

The main problem it resolves is a decrease in energy due to sub-optimal neural input. This exhaustion will impact function and the organs ability to cope with stress. If the deficiency is with the gut maybe poor digestion. A weak heart could impact circulation etc

Benefits

More energy, better inner constitution, joi de vivre.

Awareness of patterns that drain energy – (change work required) – dissolution of neural nets associated with pattern = change in behaviour

Mental fatigue (afternoon nod) can be exacerbated by carbohydrates and compounded by nervous exhaustion.

Poor metabolism will lead to sub-optimal removal of waste which in turn makes the liver / kidneys work harder.

Due to always sitting still for hours there might be stagnation. Exercise is needed, this method also reduces stagnation. Your capacity to cope with certain emotions will improve.

The Chinese recognised the connection between emotions and the meridians, modern research by NES founder Peter Fraser noted that good flow in the meridian amounted to coping better when a situation triggered a certain feeling state.

The most tangible and immediately noticeable outcome is that a muscle that tested weak (ie when challenged was unable to hold its starting position, is corrected). Now the muscle tests strong, the communication between brain and organ is restored. This change which the client experiences is the most sure way of knowing that vitality is being restored. Its like one day being able to run only 50 metres comfortably and then suddenly being able to run 300 metres comfortably.

Who is this for?

People on long term medication so need kidney support etc
Drug addicts – nervous system, adrenals, lungs, kidneys, liver, heart
People interested in building resilience into the system
Taking nutritional support and want to augment this
People who are constantly working to hard
Lethargy

About me

Have done kinesiology for the last 11 years. I teach cyber-kinetics kinesiology from time to time. My main focus is working with memory, thought and feeling. The kinesiology is also used to help improve the enquiry into the issue

What is done?

The main process used is a type of kinesiology called cyber-kinetics. This type of kinesiology recognizes cybernetic principles – i.e. control – feedback – control (think thyroid gland)

This process (feedback from body) allows us to quickly determine the critical point in a system – that is – the area worked on that will give the greatest cascading result. At the same time as identifying a weakness we can also gain the awareness of a pattern of behaviour draining the energy reserves.

Some Background Information on Opening channels

The brain is the great mediator

The brain & central nervous system contain an estimated 100 billion cells which interact in a relay system that dwarfs any super-computer. The brain is the ultimate healing organ which controls the nervous system, meridian system, immune system and hormonal system. It is responsible for homeostasis. If not set in order other healing modalities can be compromised at the outset

The interface between psyche and organ

Meta-medicine also recognizes the brain as the mediator of information (meaning). It was discovered that very stressful life experiences can impact the health of the body. When a disease manifests there is a specific relay (seen with CT x-ray scan) that has been activated and can be seen (concentric circles). There are 3 main processes – cell plus (cysts etc), cell minus (ulcers) and loss of function (diabetes). Likewise should the conflict be resolved and the organ return to normal the brain sends the signals to begin this process (in scan circles fading)

What Weakens the Body Systems

There is misuse, under-use, overuse. Imagine really strong feelings that you get about something. When activated how long does it last? How intense is it? How often does this happen? When in this state if you had an MRI brain scan you would see parts of the brain light up (activation). This activation recruits neurological energy. Tension of various sorts is the result which uses bio-energy. Its like spending with a credit card – a little can be managed but if you spend to much then you are caught in a cycle of paying lots of interest. With drug addiction the ‘interest’ might show up as regularly feeling mentally exhausted, poor short term memory, peeing frequently (kidney qi depleted) etc. If a system is weak then it is much more likely to buckle when stressed.

Cleansing

The old healing traditions always cleansed. In today’s world where people eat more, live longer this becomes more important, particularly cleansing the bowel. Fasting is probably one of the oldest and most researched method. Here the body switches from digestion to repair and regeneration. Some persons should avoid fasting and example would be cancer patient suffering strong cachexia. It is important to do this with the correct understanding. If the channels of drainage have slow metabolism due to being weak then certain organs will experience more of a burden than they would otherwise.

The Body can Heal Itself

Misuse and overuse seem to drain this energy or condense to much. The body has an innate ability to self correct but has to be taken through a process to do this. Many things bought from a shop, come with maintenance instructions. There is a language to the body in the form of feedback from muscle testing. Brain and muscle are a functioning unit (not divisible). Muscle testing accesses brain circuitry. Emotional issues recruit neurology when activated. E = out  motion = move. There is inner movement which has its corollary in the outer world as tension / relaxation felt in the muscular system. Neural nets firing off when a person is upset is natural. If a person however has a low threshold for upset and the same type of stimulus keeps occurring then the recruitment of neurology takes energy from the system.

Cascading Compensations & Adaptations

This drawing down on energy reserves has knock on effects as everything is connected. It will tune down input to other parts of the system so as to protect itself. The immediate threat has to be dealt with. The nexus of stress is what we call the ‘load.’ To compensate and adapt there will be off loading or loading (onto). If an injury occurs to the ankle one mustn’t walk on it. The weight is shifted onto other muscles. Some come into use and those that might oppose the use of these muscles will tune down so as to allow the recruitment necessary to manage the problem. If this goes on for a while then a new habit sets in the body. This in turn will have a cascading effect so that eventually the muscle which took the slack starts to tire and tunes down (neural input degrades) due to exhaustion, which in turn leads to more compensations and adaptations. The misalignment from the optimum influences the input – output ratio. This ends up in lots of energy (recruitment / effort) and sub-optimal performance (output). Habits become ingrained and have a life of their own. This is sequestering a lot of energy from the whole system and in the long term can only lead to burnout and real health problems emerging.

Factors Affecting our Energy Reserves

The universal drainer of energy is AGE.. Think how a battery runs down. Now if you engage in behaviours that are dysfunctional then this depletion will occur quicker. There is misuse / over-use / under-use. There is a fine line between over-use and misuse. Marathon running is an example of over-use but actually at same time is mis-use. Excessive sunbathing wrinkles the skin..etc

Chronic substance dependency is mis-use. Here the adrenals can be working a lot harder than normal. When an organ is in use there is cell activity. The brain innervates all structures so therefore there will be a firing off of the neural pathways connected with the organ in question

With time the neural pathways will become exhausted which in turn leads to a weakening of the organ in question. Muscles / organs / meridians are synonymous. If organ is functioning sub-optimally then it will be less resilient to stress.

Lifestyle does affect us, lack of sleep, over-exercise, drinking etc. What is less obvious is that our emotional issues can deplete these body systems. A pattern of behaviour is a thought / feeling / action that repeats and is compulsive / reactive. These subconscious processes are automatic and when the individual is confronted by certain stimuli, activation occurs. These strong emotions and negative thought patterns have a neurological basis and lead to recruitment (drawing on energy reserves). The more intense, frequent the negative feelings then the more rapid will be the depletion.

There is a correlation between the ISSUE, the neural activation and an associated organ. There is a cost to our negativity. These weakness are often not noticed. Some people do have a sense of a weakness and when you ask people they often say organ X is my weak organ.

BodyTalk

The body has a language – muscle testing. Essentially this is a form of feedback testing the motor system (which is subconscious). Through testing how well a muscle performs one can have this ‘stress over-load’ played back to itself. When you move an arm through a range of movement while the client resists useful information about its performance can be gained.  A well performing neural-muscular feedback loop will show minimal deviation through its intended trajectory. Poorly performing will show shaking, wavering, stickiness, glitching as it moves (not so smooth). The body being cybernetic will start to error actuate itself. As the (load) stress is played back it can reset itself towards its control point (when something is made there is a template of how it should perform).

The Rate Limiting Factor in Healing

If you are taking supplements to augment cleansing or to nourish the body then the main rate limiting factor is how good the cell metabolism is. If the brain / organ communication is dampened then the cells metabolism will be sub-optimal and this in turn will reduce the effectiveness of the supplements. If you did 100 proper press ups and then immediately after someone asked you to do heavy lifting the chances are you wouldn’t be able to. When you  have over taxed an organ then don’t be surprised if the functioning is reduced. It’s tired!

Resetting the clock

Like aging and the shortening of telomeres it seems to be a one way street unless certain things are done. With telomere shortening a gene therapy will be needed. Like a clock winding down, the body system doesn’t reset itself automatically. The body has an inherent capacity to heal as shown by spontaneous remission (not really spontaneous as the conflict was resolved hence the change). This is not dis-ease as such but a precursor factor. We are dealing with bio-energetics here. If someone drives a 100,000 miles a year then the car will break way before someone who drives 20,000 miles a year. If you are over-working, stressing, not sleeping properly, over indulging etc then you are more likely to feel poorly.

The Body is More than just a Machine

Where this gets really fascinating is that we are actually dealing with consciousness. The body is not a machine even though the computer analogy is a favourite. On a really fundamental level consciousness is awareness. Intention directs awareness. In quantum physics the act of looking affects the object. The wave collapses into a particle. The body responds to verbal instructions ie where attention goes energy flows. So the cardiac cycle could be selected for fine tuning. All stress over-load records relating to that are now accessed. The longer you have to play back the ‘stress’ then often the longer the habit has been happening (inc. mind habits) or maybe its very intense. This does not necessarily mean its the most important. Not all systems are equal. You can survive without a toe but not your liver.

Living Systems are Cybernetic

Feedback – control – feedback is inherent in many systems. The hypothalamus is a classic example. There is a fine bandwidth that hormones function within and the moment the hypothalamus senses an excess, it sends new signals so as to tune this down. A weak system will have a delayed response or have to work harder to match the need. If the road is blocked one has to take alternative routes which often become quickly clogged as others are re-routed there. If the road is clear one saves time and often therefore fuel. If the neural muscle feedback loop is smart then minimal amounts of energy are required to get the desired outcome. It is said to be effortless. The opening channels program starts to massively improve the efficiency in the flow of information / energy and therefore improves efficiency, which in turn can nourish and fortify the areas in need.

Where Attention Goes Energy Flows

The good news is we can reset the clock. When the consciousness is able to re-experience a stress again it is able to re-calibrate back to the optimum. The the stress over-load records are played back allowing the processing of the accumulated stress. One feels a muscle which tests as weak go very strong.

What to expect

1st session – Approx 90 mins – £100

Thereafter each session approx 1 hour – £75 (6 sessions)

Stage 1(Consultation 1) The first consultation is a fact finding exercise whereby the client’s history is taken, hypothalamus, meridians & the 3 main parts of brain assessed – cognitive (cortex) emotional (limbic), reptilian (brain stem) then treatment begun – (expect 90 mins)

2.) Continue opening these channels

3.) Begin organ strengthening – how long this takes varies from person to person. Lifestyle, age, constitutional strength can all have an influence on how the body responds to stress. The weaker a system the longer to balance.

4.) When identifying weakness a theme will be identified. Eg feeling worthless or greedy etc. A process is done to change this so the behaviour is not so compulsive

5.) Body Wisdom or client selects what to work on
