Therapy for the Psyche

Dr Hamer discovered that shocking events could impact the body, the meaning attributed to the event subconsciously determines which body system is impacted. The psycho-energetic system has a certain resilience so often the effects of the shock only remain on the mental plane. In the moment a shock occurs a snap shot of the environment is taken & stored. From then on when we encounter something similar the feelings can get triggered. The track is the internal process that gets triggered.

The event is associated with an excitation of the bioplasm & activation of sympathetic nervous system as the experience was deemed a threat to us. Research from Stan Grof found that any events of a similar theme would group together around a core template. These he termed COEX systems (condensed experiences). The psyche is complex so will operate in anon-linear way. At the same time there will be a unique neural net configuration. Every timeone gets triggered these will activate & essentially a reinforcement will occur. In other words they become more ingrained & the smaller the stimulus to activate them & the corresponding behaviour (behaviour being thought, feeling, action)

In systems theory they talk of thresholds. Up until a threshold is breached things will seem the same & then one little event & the situation can rapidly alter ie in this instance the body expresses a symptom. The symptom is the body’s way of trying to get you to pay attention so that you can correct the dysfunctional behaviour which say is compulsive & an energy drain on the whole. In the moment we have a shock the subconscious makes decisions (to split).

The excess energy binds onto the conclusion making the idea potent. It now INFORMS. These are identifications (definitive judgements). Strictly speaking beliefs are provisional judgments ie open to doubt. The identification shows up as compulsive inner self talk (with associated feeling) that wasn’t processed at the time. In a way this storying in the present is a form of the memory of the event.

Originally we looked to clear the event & then we switched the focus to the beliefs in the present. A model was developed in part due to the guidance that cyber-kinetics offered. It allows you to measure & if the display is not fully locked out then you know there is a gap & need to do more or change something. Self similar repeating fractals seemed appropriate model so we had a map whereby the idea of recursion was represented in belief systems that repeated. This would create some wonderful change but requires a lot of work & commitment & you could not guarantee symptom resolution

I always wondered that the beliefs we elicited using cyberkinetics had to be in relation to something – implicit are standards – usually cultural norms. Maybe archetypes were in relation. There was no satisfactory answer. This question has been answered by a Terence Watts who has developed Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT). The beliefs are the echo of the event which is encoded (often pictorially / kinaesthetically) into the personal memory banks of the individual. Many people actually knew that events were significant e.g Dr Hamer but to have a process that works rapidly and elegantly with these memories is something different

Fusion integration works with value judgements. BWRT goes further upstream & works directly with the reptilian brain which just is a pattern recognition system which allows us to react before we know consciously what is happening. Libet discovered there was a split second gap before the neural nets activated. Terence has created a way to work in that gap.

This is when there is very little activation / energy. This allows the neural nets to be rerouted / dissolved at source. This makes the work much easier & the results much quicker. With integration we were too caught up in the content & detail.

Fusion                         BWRT

Language                   Internal referencing of pictures
Detail                         Big picture (memory)
Function (beliefs)       Structure (impression)
Content                       Process
Explicate                   Implicate
Left brain                   Right brain
Neo cortex                 Reptilian
Mental Body             Etheric Template
Digital                       Analogue
Sequential                 Matrix processing

In systems theory they acknowledge that some effects remain even after cause is removed. Also effects can become causes. The memory leaves an echo in the form of the identifications. When memory processed many of these will dissolve, the ones which don’t integration (guided by body mind) is utilised. We cannot discount the value of embodied awareness as it puts the individual in a place of choice. Essentially BWRT reduces the amount of work needed. The fractal model underpinned by general systems theory still applies, the main difference is that the ‘how’ / process to create change is very different, the integration now being complimentary to…

With BWRT we are recommended to only work with memories which are strong 8,9,10 on scale 0-10. This generally works but is a linear logical understanding. With mobile phones it has been said that sometimes the greatest damage to the body is at a less intense frequency. Like with medications there is a therapeutic window. Take the body, if there is sub-clinical hypoxia whereby the cells are fermenting the effects are systemic even though the cell metabolism can be just a fraction off the ideal. Every cell needs oxygen so a small change can be profound. Some behaviours underpin others. A medium self worth issue could be impacting a person out of proportion to the intensity of the behaviour.

Locate / shape / substantiate

With fusion we substantiate (make explicit in language form) at beginning. With bWRT we will start with an outline – the form not made explicit leaves it as a probability. Only when we do work do we observe.

A constellation is networked memories (plus residual belief systems)

A complex is a number of constellations forming a whole

When resolving symptoms the linear approach would be using GNM schema, asking client to identify memory associated with a theme. For some things this will work. The reality is that of simultaneity & emergence. The sum of a number of themes will equal a disease eg themes – abandonment / injustice / self devaluation / powerlessness. The blend of these is what leads to the different presentations of certain illness. MS, ALS, motor neuron are all motor problems but present slightly differently clinically. This is called the colouration in the New Medicine

Use belief or emotion menus if client can’t ID a problem behaviour or it has been decided that whole process will be body mind led. Ask periodically if belief system needs integrating. So far this needs thorough testing to see whether symptoms will resolve, stubborn behaviours will certainly transform. Hamer discovered what conflict caused which disease (mediated by the brain & therefore neural nets). BWRT silences the neural nets, integration is a soul learning, cyberk allows us to know the connections & thereby map the problem.

Systems theory principles underlies our understanding of what to expect with complex systems. DBM helps us make sense of what we are doing & why, EFT enables us to process blocked energy. Convergence is often what is requjred to have the quantum leap. The goal is consistent, reliable, robust framework for resolving illness. Here the idea is that illness starts in the psyche, a shock leads to an adaptive behavioural response (neural nets associated with this which send signals for organ to change). As behaviour changes, neural patterning alters, you waste less energy, you feel better & if the change in your persona is enough then the symptom can resolve!

Exploring the Multi-Dimensional Self

‘Know Thyself’

 Introduction

Cyber-kinetics is a kinesiology which incorporates the principles of cybernetics hence the name. An engineer Alan sales noticed shortcomings with many forms of kinesiology. The primary discovery he made was what we call the analogue system. Sometimes kinesiologists would get a spongy muscle (i.e. a muscle that would wobble when being tested). He realised that the body was trying to indicate something. In the music industry there is digital and analogue. People say that there are qualities to music coming from a record that are lacking with the clean cut digital. The music has a warmth to it. Essentially his discovery improved the quality of the feedback considerably in that information that would not normally register was suddenly becoming available. Imagine a dimmer switch as opposed to an on/off switch. The dimmer gives you a range. The analogue system reflects the fact that life is dynamic..

I was given this system and sadly soon after he died so in a sense I feel I was bequeathed this system. At first I didn’t quite get the significance of this meeting. He said are you becoming addicted to cyberkinetics. I must confess the more you work with it, the better you become and the more enthralling it is. In this article I will explain what this system really is.

Enquiring into how the system actually goes about enquiring

To understand this system I did self testing. The middle finger pushes on the index finger to gather feedback. In conjunction I applied DBM (developmental behavioural modelling) to aid the enquiry. DBM is really about structure and process of the way we make sense of our world. For me it has really helped because my thinking is not very structured and therefore sometimes I am not very thorough in the way I explore something. Anyway you ask questions and the system (muscle testing) can answer them. With DBM we have a set of distinctions which helps you organise your thinking. E.g. Detail / Scope / Connection. This set is known as universal modelling tool as can be applied to anything. You detail what you are looking at, then you scope (how many / how much), connection (what is this connected to)

Anyway here I am using this wonderful system and teaching it yet there has been this nagging question of what is really going on, how does it work, why is it doing what it does. I was given an explanation by Alan but still some didn’t make sense. We needed a User Manual…

There is a wonderful book called power vs force which is very informative and fairly comprehensive. I recommend that the reader get this book as the author did extensive research on whether kinesiology was valid. This article is more about the system we use.

I will assume that you are familiar with the basic mechanics of the muscle testing itself. You put a book on the persons body and you are taken to a page in the index, a subject heading e.g. relationships, and then you scan down the page and it selects one line. Invariably the client completely connects into the sense and this is a starting point of the conversation that ensues. This has been called the holo-linguistic effect.

What is happening – How does this work – why does it choose what it chooses.

The choosing is done by an awareness. This cognizance I shall call SPIRIT (IT). There is the client, the tester and IT.  Spirit embodies some guiding principles.

Utility  –  One can have great ideas but do they help someone achieve their goals?

Meaningful – Does the client care for what is selected, does it matter to them

Generative – does it generate new avenues of enquiry, does it produce new thoughts.

Systemic – The information highlighted often is upstream on a problem therefore it looks for the domino effect. We say ‘finding the difference that makes a difference.’

Holistic – The system is a tool for exploring the self. It can gather information from different aspects of Being. We are multi-dimensional and it can tune into these different aspects

What Else Happens?

Relational – the awareness tunes into your personal life story, it is client centred and it makes this method very bespoke. One can tailor make programs (exercise / spiritual)

Responsive to thought – a person can think a certain thought and this affects the muscle response. Often this is used as a demonstration. Negative thoughts can make muscle go very weak.

Being responsive to thought one can set a direction. The way this is done is by the two people setting an intention intention. This in turn determines what info is selected – it answers the question asked, so to speak – Ask and you shall be told. The setup is very important.

Differential – It calculates and sorts – it selects according to significance in the person’s life

The Multi – Dimensional Self

There were commands we would set up the system. We called these search modes. There were four of them. You input Logic and you get one belief, then you input concurrent processing and a totally different belief would be selected. Where is the info stored and most importantly why is it different. If you don’t ask you won’t know. Eventually I identified that each mode was identifying different themes, which obviously begged the next question, is there only 4 themes. The body said no and I identified that there were 9. These 9 correspond to layers of the auric field, each layer being associated with a subtle body, each subtle body occupying a different dimension. There might be more but would it be useful to stream so much data. Here I think the body is giving us a model which conforms to the utility principle

Cyber-kinetics allows access to your personal records. All of a sudden rather than four storage discs we have nine and this means that we will get more accurate picture of the belief systems impacting someone’s wellbeing. The modelling will be more precise, which will improve the impact we have when doing the change work

Conclusion

Cyber-kinetics is about the storage, retrieval and communication of information. In that sense it can be adapted to any modality. The acupuncturists love it but any system can utilise this. Epistemology – ‘How do you know what you know.’ With just a conversation it is much more difficult. Now we can verify / falsify what is said. Working with health conditions we are now starting to get a picture of what is needed to resolve these problems. It is a lot of work. You realise that without this tool it would be almost impossible to know what is needed to be done and in what order especially given that everyone has their own unique story

‘Some ideas from general systems theory.’

Some comments on the present paradigm

Science is moving from reductionist thinking to this approach – scholastic medicine is still very reductionist as can be seen from specialisation and the lack of solidity in their framework of thought. Living in a material paradigm they think DNA is primary, when consciousness is. Another is that the body makes mistakes. They give lip service to not understanding the cause but behave as though the symptom were the cause. These ontological flaws then cascade down into methodology which essentially is symptom suppression. There are occasions where in the short term this is more desirable than some other outcomes and given they don’t understand mother natures processes, there is a logic to this. Symptom suppression though leads to longer term problems and a greater entrenchment of the problem, putting aside obvious things like kidney load and side effects.

So for humans as well as physiology, consider – sense (kinaesthetic), emotion, mental, intuitive, observing awareness embodying all of these capacities – also behaviour / context (cultural, immediate environment, inner context being values for example) as we are so embedded in some cultural contexts they can seem totally invisible like the fish which does not take notice of the water it swims in

Open complex systems are dynamic

Whereas material science emphasises quantities & measurement in an attempt to objectify what is seen consider that with subjectivity we are looking at qualities

Complex systems are dynamic (process characterised by fluidity and fluctuation) iterative (i.e. when new information is presented it starts to change the system) the idea of recursivenes – feedback loops – vicious or virtuous cycles.

Simultaneity – as name suggests variables operate in synchrony. This factor is where many approaches fail especially when large time frames are included. How do you know what variable is interacting with what and in which way? Anyone who says they have a computer model to understand climate change is not telling the truth. You need the requisite data to be able to do that. One example is there are many volcanoes on the pacific ocean floor that no one has studied or know of, let alone wind streams high up in the atmosphere etc. The instruments are being deployed and mapping is happening but it is an endeavour which in ongoing.

Emergent properties – the relationships between variables some seemingly related and some not seemingly related when combined form completely new properties which can’t be reduced down Think of cooking a cake – flour, sugar, butter, heat, pressure from oven – once the cake is formed u can’t then go back and isolate the flour and take it out. Also once the new property emerges it can be very stable new structure. The Quality of Resilience is an emergent property – say certain constitutional inherited factors, attitude, belief, lack of blocked energy flow etc.

Thresholds – the point at which the system reaches a tipping point and things can rapidly change in their manifestation – new feedback loops take precedence with concomittant consequential outputs. In humans the psycho-energetic system is able to maintain stability of function but when the stress has accumulated to such a degree one big event happens and then disease can manifest as there is an overwhelm and the fragmentation is of such high order that it starts to unravel. Look at symptoms like warning signals that the behaviour is no longer sustainable or that evolution is occurring. Which is it for you?

Effects often disappear when cause removed but systems theory recognises that some effects can remain and become autonomous – eg belief systems emerge out of events and when charge removed from event often they lose potency but sometimes cognitive approach will still be required to process certain thought patterns.

Wholes not parts

The physicist Bohm talked of the implicate and explicate order. Implicate (enfolded), explicate, manifest and unfolded. The implicate is invisible eg consciousness, and explicate is the tangible manifest world we sense. The implicate has a huge defining effect on determining the explicate – scholastic medicine mainly focus on the manifest. Again he talks of wholes and that parts don’t make up the whole – rather there are wholes and parts may sometime be derived from wholes. Reductionist approaches reduce things – this is understandable as the complexity can seem so overwhelming that we isolate bits to augment some understanding.. the hologram is a great illustration of this – when a bit is taken from the hologram and made apparent it is a whole still albeit the signal becomes a little more faint..

Many diseases are actually emergent properties when certain thresholds are breached hence why reductionist approaches invariably aren’t able to cure but only treat. Stem cell and gene therapies look promising in some areas though!

Dr Hamer mainly used conversation and studied CT brain scans with his research – he could sense there were more relationships but with questioning alone could not know what related to what. That said what he achieved was amazing and like any endeavour with time new discoveries are made that will allow certain limitations to be transcended

This limitation has now been transcended and there is a tool which allows one to navigate the complexity of human subjectivity elegantly – ie bring mind at large as the 3rd party into the enquiry. What do I mean? There is an intelligence, let’s call it the cosmic mind. This mind like us has memory, the ancients talked of the akashic field. Each one of us (speaking metaphorically here) has a memory bank, like a personal file of every thought deed and action. The body in this 3D reality frame is a means of access to that file if you know how to speak the language of the body. In this case an advanced form of kinesiology called Cyber-kinetics which is a kinesiology based on cybernetic principals i.e. – feedback and control – recursive loop. The kidney is an exquisite example of this.

Modelling – is how we make sense of the world. A model can be the product of this process. A model is then tested and if it generates the outcome intended we say it’s useful. It also allows gaps in the thinking to be flushed out in that you sense the feedback and see if it matches the ideas implicit within the model ie does it explain what is happening, is there congruence? A limitation is that you sometimes approach a problem with a fixed set of ideas which can reduce your flexibility in what you do. One universal (everyone is doing this) process is what we call – detailing, scoping & connecting. In a simple sense detail is a what, scope is how many / much and connecting is what relates to what. Look at this fractally – when u detail something you often are scoping and connecting at the same time. The pencil (detail) is on the table (increased scope of what considering & connecting pencil to table in a relationship) they are distinctions for helping one understand what one is doing when organising your thinking. Cyber-kinetics does these 3 processes. Distinctions enable a greater sensitivity to explore the world – some examples

Repeatable / Reliable / Consistent     Quantity / Quality / Relation

Beside / extend / continue / within     Meaningful / relevant / important etc etc

This allows one to question more precisely and organise information in a more constructive way

Without going into too much technical detail we are able to calibrate on thought which does actually produce electrical activity in the brain. We can measure – i.e. scope on whether we have done enough of say integration or BWRT or whatever. In other words we now have what the client consciously senses which is very valid and a slightly more objective form of determining whether we have done enough. Not only that but we know that we as people suppress / deny etc have no awareness of X and we can challenge whether this is the case.

Mind at Large

The key thing though is that there is a higher intelligence participating. Like the hologram we are part of a larger whole so we are embedded in the cosmic mind and in essence reflect the qualities it has i.e. discernment, memory, awareness etc. We say ASK and THOU SHALT KNOW. You have to formulate the question, be specific not general and frame it as a statement and then challenge the indicator muscle. Clarity of intention is vital. This modelling tool can be applied to almost anything and when working with subjectivity is absolutely amazing in rapidly eliciting information, verifying the relevance, directing where to go (reducing overwhelm), knowing how much is involved and most importantly in the case of human subjectivity which themes are weaved together i.e the relationships. Some principals operating when mind at large comes into play – utility / meaningful / developmental / efficiency etc. Questions are loaded with implicit assumptions often not in awareness – the system seems to take account of this and where you and client are in your development hence it is relational. It’s almost like it knows what is useful and what can be made sense of at that moment in time. Maybe one therapist has a skill in a particular modality and so it will highlight something in the knowledge that that skill is particularly appropriate and can be called upon.

A word on simultaneity

In GNM – MS, ALS and motor neurone disease all fall within the category of incapable, trapped, unable to move, stuck as a general theme etc essentially a motor cortex driven problem. Why one presents as ALS rather than MS which from a clinical standpoint would be described differently in its presentation there is what we call the colouration. One way of explaining this is that there are different themes / emotions blended together simultaneously. Eg for arguments sake (this in the future will need huge research) anger, guilt, helplessness, powerlessness, fear etc. The combination leads to a unique expression (emergent property) of all this unprocessed energy and information – often a system is only as strong as its weakest point so usually the load will come out there. Again in non-linear systems we must avoid assuming that the seemingly obvious is what is really happening. Rational logic is sequential and cannot track ever changing (dynamic open systems) which have a multiplicity of variables operating – some known, some not and we don’t even know what we don’t know – but we do sense that we have plateaued at a limitation which is not desirable ie MS is not changing and getting worse. This means something totally different should be tried or at least variations and alterations made to method being employed. Trial and error.

Where are we going – think convergence and synthesis

Based on certain discoveries / developments it has been determined that the psyche is of prime importance when tackling physical health issues – this obviously is highly complex. One common problem practitioners have is – where do we start as so much is going on. What is involved in this?

COEX systems – this idea from Stanislav Grof states that memories of a similar theme gravitate together – eg 10 experiences where you got really angry. They condense into one whole. Implicit within memories are value judgements, contextual cues, kineasthetics etc. Another idea to bear in mind is that fundamentally as Wilhelm Reich noted; is that an identification in part a concentration of energy. What he meant is that is that when there is hyperarousal from some experiences there is an activation of qi energy. Very often when the experience has passed some of this emotion is not fully processed and becomes trapped and sequestered off into the bio-system. It now in turn can be activated by a trigger (contextual cue – eg tone of voice) and depending on the meaning created at the time of the original experience manifests as a particular reaction pattern or behaviour. You are no longer responding but reacting. Emotion, neurology, biology, language and information are a whole.

We use language to represent inner organ sensation and outer sense perception. When you speak neurology fires off. If you have not processed something from the past talking about it can stir feelings which in turn come out as our story (meaning / information), which in turn depending on how important it is can affect the breathing, heart rate etc. We say one is affected. Etheric energy which is what emotion is in part (plus some more no doubt) can be measured in what are called potentials. The higher the potential the more likely it is usually to have on the whole system i.e. biology, mood, duration, how long one is consumed in the story etc. Now remember in complex systems 2 plus 2 does not equal 4. It has been discovered with mobile phones that there is a window that the frequency will effect cells, often it is not the strongest signal that has the most detrimental effect. So for us it maybe the memory that is most networked as opposed to that which is most charged?

 Now getting into Therapeutic Methodology

Using a metaphor – To deal with a tough problem eg aging / chronic illness we need a map and ship. In aging research the map is info on cellular processes and the one which has scientists excited is telomeres and telomerase. Nature has put a timer on the cell whereby each time it divides it counts down. Eventually it reaches a point where the information being read to inform basic maintenance functions is no longer read properly, the cell goes into senescence and eventually withers & dies. Wrinkles are a sign of this. Think of a photocopier whereby the image fades as the ink disappears – one needs a new cartridge. Telomeres appear to be that timer & telomerase in an enzyme which is active in sperm and ovarian cells but all other somatic cells the gene is silenced by a blocking protein. The ship is gene transfer technology in the form of viral vectors and more recently CRISPR-CAS9 technology. Inserting a gene is one method but switching on and off genes would be more elegant. So far all lab tests on tissues and mice seem very promising. Mice completely rejuvenate to the point that their brain regrows in size and muscle mass returns, grey hair returns to normal colour etc and all tissue become elastic and young again. Time will tell. Micheal fossel you tube – have a listen

So for working with the psyche

Epistemology – how we know what we know. In GNM it is CT brain scans. Siemens physicists proved that Hamers assertion that the foci markings seen in scans really did correlate to the organ in the way he said. A load of radiologists put a patient in a room he had never met, showed him a CT scan and asked for a diagnosis. He got all 5 problems right, even a bladder which was bleeding at that moment. Blind challenge, fairly convincing! His system is primarily a diagnostic system with implicit assumptions about what needs to change but comes unstuck on ‘how can you consistently create change in a person’ as with bereavement you can’t bring the dead back. The focus is on environmental changes. Husband leaves find another wife..

Cyberkinetics – a mapping tool and a compass!

The cyber-kinetics is where this really comes to life as we can now model a problem eg how many COEX systems involved, gather detail – here we go into scan charts and get linguistic statements which are frames of reference on patterns of behaviour. The methodology selects according to significance – it can be setup to compute differently – so a question might be – There is a behaviour operating which when resolved will allow certain processes to unfold more efficiently – let’s call them blocking parts. Common blockers are to much analysis, being disconnected from your feelings, or a tendency for an inability to focus i.e. distraction. Really intensive trauma in foreground of mind – quieten the mind, augment the capacity to focus, connect into feelings so more information available to awareness, release trauma etc

Now we have some structure – no of COEX systems / no of belief systems required. Eg problem – arthritis – this is deep self-devaluation stuck in the healing phase (inflammatory process). The vicious cycle can begin because people don’t understand what’s going on, then judge the pain as all bad and that becomes a source of devaluing the self and the loop perpetuates and the worse the organ damage, the more painful, the more reinforced the idea..

Underneath the nexus of stress (ongoing issue client aware of – I am no good) is their conditioning which has reached a point where they have lost flexibility. Sometimes you can resolve the surface conflict and the psycho-energetic system drops back below the threshold and symptom disappears. Often though the client resolves conflict and yet it can remain. Think general systems theory. Look at wholes not parts, consider simultaneity (of what you may ask). In this case patterns of behaviour (thought / feeling / action). The blending of multiplicity equals an emergent property which loads itself due to their unique personality (therefore meaning attribution) onto certain brain relays and expresses itself on certain organs.

Examples

I need agreement to feel validated / I need an intimate relationship to be worthy / I don’t feel masculine enough / anxiety / I am incapable etc.. they are all interwoven into a whole – like the hologram as u unpick and process the energy and dis identify from certain beliefs the signal becomes fainter until you reach a tipping point and homeostasis resumes – pain free, responding not reacting, awareness, – the system wants to be operating with minimum energy expenditure. Little out big dividends.

Coupling robust enquiry into clearing process

Body pulls statement – surface structure. So model this out. When do you do, what do u do / how do u do etc. Obviously there is iteration so that the answers become the basis of the next question. If using BWRT (a technique for working with memory) don’t worry too much about challenging every equivalence or contradictory statement. At this point we just want to generate awareness about what is happening, how is happening, maybe some why and the consequence of that. This is explicating and we start to do what we call within-ing / extending / detailing. The cyberk is used to check the answers – so client says something and you can verify. If arm unlocks proceed down this track of enquiry. Also I use meta-medicine scan charts / emotion scan chart and meta-programs scan chart to bring new awareness that is relevant into the enquiry. After all cyberk rapidly harvests and displays information from clients akashik archive (reduces ambiguity) and as its their body giving information you will find that client is much less resistant than when the therapist says he thinks this is what is happening. Also the bandwidth of awareness available increases massively meaning that you start to elicit information which is extremely significant to the person yet most likely would never have been discussed otherwise.

This modelling process not only is developmental in and of itself but often leads one into a very core pattern of behaviour which if you just worked with what presented initially may never have been identified. Sometimes the surface structure can be core but even then the cyberk with systematic questioning and explicating will increase the scope of awareness and then select which aspects are really key, eg imagine a host of information pertaining to problem behaviour i.e. tendency to measure, self-anger, ruminate etc

Then client selects a memory – when they have you ask body – use this one – if no they select another until given green light. For what I call low hanging fruit you could just get stuck in and clear. Now because of all the awareness when the client constructs their preferred response they have a more complete cognisance so that what the rewriting of encoded information is optimum. We use analogue display to check that the construction (done silently) is enough. If not information included then back in they go and keep working on it. Sometimes adding, subtracting, resequencing, altering etc. They create future picture – check body accepts this. We are harnessing imagination and imagery for this process. Often the body likes detail and specificity so one reason it refuses some constructions is that people make it about the other, avoid cognisance of key aspects for the souls development, too much so they doubt manifestation. Other times simplicity is all that is required. Again we do a process (best learnt from the developer Terence Watts) and we can check that enough has been done – we match that with clients subjective sense until down to 1 from 10. Proceed as per normal with debriefing. Due to verification procedures and inherent wisdom of the body / cosmic mind there is less likelihood of repeat. Also being dynamic and iterative the body and their conscious mind feel enough has been done but as you question them something starts to stir, you ask the body and they continue. If this happens there is a high chance of really key awareness being revealed.

The cyberkinetics can be used to identify the exact trigger point. The lizard brain responds a split second before conscious mind so often client will select where they feel most pain. This is often good but often body says no and you can ask go forward or back. If back say slide by slide and muscle test. Also some events have shock waves, if a few start at beginning and calibrate on each spike. The body selects according to significance, generally speaking where the most neurology has been recruited or sometimes because mind at large is at play something that cannot be undertood easily. Here we let go and trust the there is a wisdom that we part of and knows in ways we cannot know.

Some events aren’t that charged but part of a very strong habit. Let’s imagine drug addiction. The obvious spike is when getting hold of substance. The process begins with a thought, say to telephone someone, driving somewhere, going into place, waiting for them to give something, maybe then doing or maybe leaving with anticipation, returning and starting. Each of us is unique and there maybe a very subtle dynamic operating in the relationship between the supplier and user. The body mind will then identify the trigger in say the conversation or waiting rather than the doing. Yes there is an impatience to acquire but this maybe coupled with fear of being pushy so for maximum development it will select this frame to work with. The point is, is that the conscious mind is very limited in identifying these subtle aspects and as mentioned with mobile phones the window is not what the logical mind would imagine it to be. I.e. high intensity moment. It’s not that what the conscious mind selects is not important and won’t work, the method of BWRT is very powerful but the body mind has a mentoring aspect to it and is generative. If you fully let go and trust which is often the most difficult bit.

Enquiring into your enquiry

One of the most amazing aspects of talking with and through the body is that you can ask questions about the questions, model etc. This can be improved upon, if yes in what way. Obviously you have to formulate a question – if you don’t ask you won’t know. Be aware due to iteration and the fact that life is dynamic that each new output becomes a new input and alters what is communicated. Also because it mentors it might keep your learning down a certain track and like we read in Tibetan Buddhism when the master feels you are ripe then the information is divulged! It wouldn’t seed if it was premature or might distract you when a certain skill development hadn’t come to fruition yet. Just because something doesn’t make sense or seems contradictory doesn’t mean it is nonsense. Maybe stay in curiosity and ask of the anomaly. If questions to open and ambiguous then feedback will not be of good quality. Garbage in, garbage out! It’s also good to also remember that just because therapist or client believes something it doesn’t necessarily make it accurate. Cyber-kinetics helps avoid going down rabbit holes and therefore saves time.

Conclusion

In a book the holographic universe the author suggests

‘That because the brain operates holographically the remembered image can have as much impact on the senses as the thing itself. It can also have equally powerful effect on the physiology. At first glance the fact that the brain cannot distinguish between an imagined event and a real one may seem strange, but when one takes the holographic model into account – a model that asserts that all experience, whether real or imagined, are reduced to the same common language of holographically organised waveforms – the situation becomes much less puzzling. Or as Achterberg puts it, ‘when images are regarded in the holographic manner, their omnipotent influence on physical function logically follows. The image, the behaviour, and the physiological concomitants are a unified aspect of the same phenomenon.’

The memory is an analogue signal – a belief system a digital signal. What do we mean – a memory is information encoded into the psyche, the actual memory contains more information than a statement about the memory. The minute you give language to the experience you become one step removed from it. When working with beliefs one has to work sequentially in that one statement leads to the next etc whereas a memory connected into is more of a parallel or matrix process ie more information is accessed simultaneously. BWRT goes more with-in and hence the rapidity of change. That said language can be useful to get a handle on that which is nebulous (sensory experience), and is one of the primary means of enquiry, which can lead one into very meaningful patterns of behaviour. Also some embodied awareness is vital at certain stages of the therapeutic endeavour. Implicit within a memory are contextual cues, assumptions, intuitions thoughts, feelings, kinasthetics etc. A lot of this will be implicit. The client invariably will focus on the aspect which troubles them the most. A picture speaks a 1000 words as they say. Be prepared for unexpected results and also that some aspects (structure) in one memory can be generalised into other contexts hence borrowed benefits.

An understanding of GNM / Meta-Medicine is useful as profound change can be accompanied by healing crisis and the manifestation of physical symptoms. Understanding these processes reduces worry and actually can be a confirmation that real change is occurring. Better to unravel in a context like this than have the system reach breaking point and then unravel?

Emergence of formal model

INTEGRATION PROCESS USING KINESIOLOGY

The extended mind – the real internet

Cyber-kinetics kinesiology – essentially a form of verifying and falsifying information. The body mind is part of what is called the extended mind or ‘mind at large.’ The akashik record is a memory of all that was. When muscle testing we are bringing awareness to something. It has the qualities that we do. This includes memory, cognizance & energy. It is us and more.  It is important to be very specific with the questioning and ask question as a statement. If the client is associated a question will work. So in practical terms ask ‘It is’ not ‘is it.’

Many energetic systems lack a methodology for specifying the information

Many systems recognise energy as an important component to healing but don’t detail information. Energy is potential capacity. As we move through life certain experience affects us very much. The sense that we make then determines how we respond in future to similar events. This is our conditioning. A lot of behaviours are very subtle. We attend to certain things repeatedly. It’s the compulsion in a particular action that is the problem. Language is a representation of inner organ sensation / outer world perception. We use language to get a handle on the felt sense that someone has about something. It gives us a frame of reference to begin exploring the inner world.

Cyber-kinetics which is about the storage and retrieval of information allows us to work with information (in the form of identification). The EFT allows us to process energy. The energy is what gives an idea its potency. The model developed is based on the hindu idea of subtle body’s.  Nine body’s (each layer of the aura). Each body is associated with certain themes e.g. physical – fulfillment etc. For each body there are 3 themes so with nine we have 27 in total.

Dimensions of Being

The belief systems have a nuclei. These themes are the nuclei in that the experience relates to certain ideals. These ideals are contexts within consciousness. The context is what the beliefs are in relation to. The meaning we give things is always context dependent.  They are implicit. The benefit of this model is that through explicating this aspect of the problem it allows new avenues of enquiry, and brings new awareness to the equation. Essentially you can ask about what is important about X (e.g. having a relationship). This allows an abstraction which can be useful when someone is too lost in story. This model starts to identify where the value is placed or how an experience is being evaluated, against what standard. The discomfort in a problem is due to the perception of an unmet expectation. Expectations are against a standard, often unspoken.

It is the accumulation and condensation of the group mind which forms a canopy which the individual swims in. It is when there is an activation of this group mind attractor field that an influence is exerted on the psyche of the individual..

Part / whole / larger whole

A belief – part    belief system – whole      constellation (belief systems) – larger whole

De-conditioning one constellation will radically alter the personality. Often people have 7 or 8 (less or more) of these constellations.  Each constellation can be seen as a type of consciousness. The personality is multi faceted. The personality or the identity is synonymous with the symptom. The body is dense structured thought. As you process the belief systems the integrity of the human body field is restored which in turn informs the body which can restructure itself

Fractal structure

The fractal is a good representation to help understand the constellation.  Self similar repeating symmetry or as Stanislav Grof noticed COEX systems – condensed experience associated around a core template (theme). The symptom is emergent from a multiplicity of beliefs. Conflict shocks do cause body to express symptoms also, often are the precipitating factor but people have resolved conflicts and nothing has changed. Either they had inaccurate information or as now seems the case, the conflict is just the tip of an iceberg.

Modelling experience

A universal modelling tool (process methodology) is the idea of detailing, scoping and connecting. The system identifies what is most significant, scopes the problem, what is involved and very importantly which connections and relationships should be looked at. For a healing system to be systemic it has to be able to identify relationships between the parts. With cyber-kinetics we can be very precise in regards to this..

We use the muscle testing to explore thought systems i.e beliefs. Belief systems are intimately tied up with the autonomic nervous system. You can see this because when core beliefs are challenged the physiology activates. This can be strong emotion or sensorial effects like trembling lips, shallow breathing etc

We have scoped the problem, identified the belief systems and are now ready for processing. The thought identified from a scan chart is a representation in codified form (written word). This is essentially a hook for client to start referencing experience of theirs. As they start exploring this we extract the problematic thinking. This is the meaning they have made. The identification is a definitive judgement about the self / other or world they have made. It feels true to them. It is not so much what they believe but the fact that they are now less flexible. They are less open, less adaptable and more easily affected by certain experiences due to this fixed point of view. It also shows up as habitual attending, checking, strong negative feeling, repetitive thought patterns & dysfunctional actions.

When doing integration we are exploring the why and if possible the connections. The system guides so when asked what we are doing and what should be focused on it says inner conflict and suppressed emotion are the key. It also highlighted the higher self. It took me a while to work out what it meant but I was not utilising this in the process enough. My friend had said that precision was important. An integration I had done also had bought the importance of connections to my attention. We had hit this idea that I didn’t trust what I knew (what I saw). Then we asked body

There is a belief causing this – this is so we don’t assume. It said yes. What? It turned out that upstream I had this belief that it is best not to think you know something as this traps you in a fixed point of view. Essentially I forbade myself from knowing – this of course was very subconscious..the consequence was that I would repeatedly check certain things. The problem involved requires more work as is emergent from a multiplicity of aspects but did highlight the usefulness of the kinesiology particularly when client is stuck with their understanding.

The body (omniscient) also said look at connections, my friend reminding me of need for precision and the demonstration on myself with the insight it allowed prompted me to make the use of kinesiology more structured within integration work. We were using it but only when we were stuck. The idea now was to use it in a focused way. When we do integration we are going within.

Understanding the relationships is fundamental

The feedback so far has been good from clients as the pressure is off them to know what to reference. The conversations are now quite different and the modelling of experience is more true to what really occurs in life. We noticed that within a particular thought stream there a number of key limiting decisions, beliefs and core memories. The connection the client made were relevant and significant but were they the most significant and important connections. Rather than their conscious mind identifying these we now allow their subconscious mind to give us this information. What is connected, how and why are they connected?

Why integration method works

Integration work in part works because we objectify their subjective experience. This is curative due to the fact that acknowledging  and explicating the experience dis-embeds them from their subjectivity. It is no longer how ‘I am’ but is an experience ‘I am having / doing.’ The kinesiology is more objective than their personal referencing in that the feedback is shared / felt by two i.e client and facilitator..it is harder to doubt the relevance whereas sometimes the client will be wondering – should I be sharing this, am I on the right track, especially if they are someone who is self doubting. Also just bringing awareness to the relationships generates insight and this stimulates growth also.

A comment on process

As you start processing with client you hit a core belief. Tap and deframe as per usual then ask if any belief / thought is informing this..if yes identify from menus, then ask does this need processing. Sometimes the thought is just for awareness. Continue this until stream complete. Invariably the last thought will be easily recognisable as very significant and the basis for the other thoughts. Sometimes this is not obvious

If you don’t ask you won’t know

This alteration seems so obvious but it is only through experience that slowly you start to see new patterns, develop new understanding and do things differently. We have the advantage that the kinesiology (accesses awareness) seems to be teleological (works towards development & growth of the person) and has the capacity to mentor you. You do have to ask though to sift through the different possible answers..

Conclusion

Through naturalistic modelling (feedback / change / feedback) we have developed a formal model. This model has been developed in part due to the kinesiology. We can measure whether something is completely done. If not we continue. The aim is to see whether we can consistently resolve symptoms. The advantage of a formal model is that it highlights gaps in the thinking. The model takes ideas from systems thinking which recognises emergence / simultaneity. It seems like fractal geometry is a good model for the structure of these problems. Wilhelm Reich noted that an identification was essentially a concentration of energy. This shows up in the depth of feeling connected to a thought. It’s like a stasis of sorts. The model has also given us inner contexts, there are also 13 key survival functions associated with the constellations.
